You just download the journal and print it out. then you complete your pages and your partner completes theirs. For example, for the “Let me count the ways you make me feel safe,” page, you’ll write out a list of how they make you feel safe, and your partner will write out their list of how you make them feel safe. Then you’ll assemble the journal with the responses, and read them together. It’s a good way to get communication flowing, say the things you’ve been meaning to say and remember why you love each other in the first place!
