Licensing Information

Chelle’s Precious Printables Licensing Information:

 

Canva Template Use:

This license allows you access to the Canva template you purchased from Chelle’s Precious Printables.

You CAN: customize the Canva template to meet your needs including branding, changing colors, fonts, etc. The resulting product is yours to use in any way you wish, for personal or commercial use, for POD, etc.

You CANNOT: resell the template or give it away for free. You cannot claim the template as your own work. You cannot share the link to access the template.

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of your license with no refund.

 

Digital Products Use:

The product description will list whether the item is Personal Use Only, or PLR. Please read the following descriptions for an explanation of what those terms mean.

 

Personal Use Only License:

This license applies to any purchase from Chelle’s Precious Printables labeled as Personal Use Only:

You CAN:

  1. Use the product yourself
  2. Make unlimited copies of pages for your own personal use
  3. Download the product unlimited times, for your own personal use

You CANNOT:

  1. Sell or giveaway the download link or product
  2. Claim the product as your own
  3. Sell or give away anything you make using the product

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of your license with no refund.

 

PLR (Private Label Rights) License:

This license applies to any purchase from Chelle’s Precious Printables labeled as PLR or Private Label Rights, or Private Label Commercial Rights:

You CAN:

  1. Add content to the product and sell it or give it away for individual use. (This includes adding your own branding such as your name, URL or logo.)
  2. Modify the content and sell it or give it away for individual use. (This includes adding content, editing content, removing content.)
  3. Use the content as a lead magnet, on a website, on social media, etc.
  4. Use the product yourself

You CANNOT:

  1. Sell or give away the original product with resell rights or commercial rights
  2. Provide customers with the original editable documents/files OR the documents/files you create from them, in an editable format. Once you’ve edited the content, please provide your customers with a PDF or other, non-editable file.
  3. Use Chelle’s Precious Printables’ name, logo, or other information in connection with the product as you are buying the right to label it as your own.

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of your license with no refund.

Commercial Use License:

This license applies to any purchase from Chelle’s Precious Printables labeled as Commercial Use:

You CAN:

  1. Use the product to create something new,  and sell the new item or give it away for individual use.
  2. Use the content in a non-editable format (flattened .pdf) as a lead magnet, on a website, on social media, etc.
  3. Use the product yourself

You CANNOT:

  1. Sell or give away the original product with resell rights or commercial rights
  2. Provide customers with the original documents/files OR the documents/files you create from them, in an editable format. Once you’ve edited the content, please provide your customers with a finished product or a PDF or other, non-editable file.
  3. Claim the original files as your own.

Violation of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of your license with no refund.
