I was flipping through radio channels the other day when the Carpenters’ song, Rainy Days and Mondays, started playing. I always laugh when Karen Carpenter sings, “Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.” I LOVE rainy days! Within reason, of course. But hearing that oldie but goodie was the inspiration for this mini-journal.
Instead of assuming that everyone thinks sunny days are the greatest, this mini-journal is customizable. If you prefer rainy days, you can use the rain drops to signify you had a great day. If sunny days make you happy, then use the sun icon. And, if you prefer stormy weather, you can use the lightning bolt!
There are three pages for each day and you can choose which border you prefer–sunshine, raindrops, or a combination.
